LOMO SALTADO
Soft pieces of steak, bright tomatoes, cilantro and onions sauteed in a fiery wok, served with crunchy French fries and delicious white rice.
AJI DE GALLINA
One of our classic dishes. Soft chicken slices with a cheese and peruvian sauce. Served with rice and steamed potatoes.
